The right person to run your event

I manage the technical side of events so planners, venues and AV companies can breathe. I have run high-profile productions at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and across the city's hotels, theatres and concert venues, coordinated feature-film VFX pipelines, and shipped polished games through rigorous quality control. I know every corner of AV, I am relentlessly organized, and I am deeply connected to the crew, gear and venues that make Vancouver events happen. Most managers protect the schedule. I protect the show and the schedule at once, because I have stood in the room as the photographer, the technician, the coordinator and the operator. I know what a great event is supposed to feel like, and exactly what it takes to deliver it on time, on spec and under pressure.

If the client is happy, I'm happy.

Questions

What does an AV project manager do? +
An AV project manager owns the technical side of an event from planning to load-out. I align your vision with the right gear and crew, build the schedule and run-of-show, manage vendors and the venue, run the show on-site, and make sure audio, video, lighting and staging all land on time and on budget.
What types of events do you manage? +
Conferences, corporate meetings and AGMs, product launches, galas and awards nights, concerts and live music, and theatre productions across Vancouver and Metro Vancouver, including hotel ballroom events at venues like the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.
Do you work with AV companies and venues, or only direct clients? +
Both. I take on contract project management for AV companies and venues that need an experienced lead to run a high-profile event, and I work directly with planners and producers who need someone to own their production end to end.
What areas do you serve? +
Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, the North Shore and the wider Metro Vancouver region, plus Whistler for destination events.
How much does it cost? +
Every event is scoped individually. On-site project management starts at $750 per day, and full event production management starts around $2,500 per event. Book a free 30-minute call and I will give you a number tailored to your show.
How far in advance should I book? +
The sooner the better for large conferences and concerts, but I am used to fast turnarounds and last-minute saves. If your date is close, call me and we will figure it out.

Let's run
your show.

Call, email, or send the details of your event and I will get back to you, usually the same day.
